New Delhi : The Centre has so far provided more than 21 crore vaccine doses (21,33,74,720) to states and Union Territories, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said on Saturday.
As per data this morning, of this, the total consumption, calculated based on average up to yesterday, including wastages is 19,73,61,311 doses. More than 1.60 crore COVID Vaccine doses (1,60,13,409) are still available with the states to be administered, the statement said.
Furthermore, more than 2.67 lakh (2,67,110) vaccine doses are in the pipeline and will be received by the states within the next three days.
Implementation of the phase-3 strategy of Covid-19 vaccination has started from May 1, 2021.
