Bhubaneswar: A man was found dead near railway track at the Vani Vihar Railway Station in Odisha capital, today. The deceased
was identified as Deepak Das. He was working at a hotel in Patia area of the capital city. Though the reason of the death was yet to be ascertained, his wife alleged that he was murdered over previous enmity. “He went to the hotel and didn’t return home. I suspected foul play. Later, his body was found at the railway station. He was consuming liquor regularly. He might have been killed over past enmity,” his wife said. Police have recovered the body for post-mortem and initiated an investigation into the matter.
