New Delhi : Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in the Indian capital on Sunday night, for the India-Russia inaugural 2+2 Dialogue with his counterpart External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.
He will meet EAM Jaishankar at 1030 in the morning, and later take part in the 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue between the foreign and defence ministers of both countries.
The 2+2 will be held ahead of the 21st annual bilateral summit between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
