Besides that his contributions on irrigation, enriched higher education by opening various schools & colleges,to join Paralakhemundi in Indian railway map. To support poor students for higher education with fellowship indeed an incredible contributions who could build as best citizens themselves.On literature & culture field his resonance could upgrade lucid writings like Padmashree Dr. Satyanarayan Rajguru, Shyamsundar Rajguru, Gopinath Nanda who could vibrate their leading role in Odisha.
