Paralakhemundi : People of Mohana at Gajapati district suffering a lot due to lack of full pledged hospital.
Consisted of 39 panchayats & more than 50000 population they are lacking sufficient facilities like Bharatmata hospital at R.Sitapur near Paralakhemundi.
Though at Kaliapeta Covid hospital is functioning still lacunae like ventilator, ICU are lacking. More so Brahmapur and Paralakhemundi is more distance to cover for emergency patients.
On behalf of people of Mohana Prafulla Kumar Lima, President of NCDC endorsed & draw attention of MP Brahmapur to take immediate action on above gaps.
He also submitted a memorandum through Mohona Tahasildar in favour of Gajapati Collector to fulfil the demand. The memorandum also forwarded by Mohona Tahasildar to Gajapati Collector for necessary action.
More migrants returning from other outreach states, that still a problem for immediate remedial cure for serious cases.
Hope MP who is benevolent & done so many development on Covid-19 for Gajapati district recently, can handle such core issues, he added.
