Paralakhemundi : On a press bulletin,Collector Gajapati,Anupam Saha expressed to build confidence among people to take all opportunities & scope for any emergency services through ambulances regarding Covid-19 program.
As second phase triumphed on need of oxygen,he quipped that there are 41 ambulances at district,where each block given 2 each & being the largest block, Mohana entrusted with 4.That, too, 108 ambulances are at every block readily available, where for life risk one super grade with modernized equipments a special ambulance also active on services. At Mohana for minimum requirements a separate ambulance given.
Rest of 29 ambulances attached with life covered oxygen support. This will use in Covid hospital, Covid care centre & for RAT team. On 108 ambulances life saving facilities,too, attached.Dr.Pradip Kumar Mahapatra given overall responsible.
In all CHCs at block level in charge Medical Officer given responsibility. He further requested to take such scope from available ambulances. On farthest case they can communicate directly with district administration, he added.
