Mumbai,June 24 (Dumanimail) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Friday reiterated that his party’s role will be to support the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and keep the government afloat.
Meanwhile, NCP leaders including myself , Pawar Saheb, MP Praful Patel and State President Jayant Patil and discuss the situation with Thackeray,said Mr Pawar.
Mr Pawar also clarified that the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly will decide on the functioning of the Legislative Assembly as it does not have the right to speak as the government.
Mr Pawar further said the MLAs who have gone to Guwahati are saying that they belong to Shiv Sena, so the three parties in the Mahavikas Aghadi have a combined majority.
Besides, they belong to Shiv Sena and Chief Minister Mr Thackeray, added Mr Pawar.
