Puri: State Level Cultural Organization “Daya Jyoti” in collaboration with Ministry of Culture Government of India and Odia Language, Literature & Culture Government of Odisha organizing Colourful “Basanta Utsava – 2021” at Annapurna Theatre, Puri for the Promotion and Dissemination of Indian Art and Culture.
Painting, Fancy Dress, Poetry, Songs,Odissi Performances, Loka Nurtya, Dandia Nurtya (Natak) are held between school children and various individual & cultural groups with a relaxation of social restrictions normally associated with all caste, sex, status and age “Basanta Utsava – 2021” bridges social gaps and brings people together men and woman & young and old.
Sri Durga Madhab Kar, Principal Art & Craft College, Puri and India Got Talent -2013 Finalist Sri Santosh Kumar Ghatuary were the Guest of Honour in this Programme.
