Malappuram, Apr 9 (UNI) An alarm that signalled fire on its cargo area forced an Air India flight make an emergency landing back in Calicut International Airport in Karipur soon after taking off on Friday morning.
Sources said all the passengers and crew on board the flight bound to Kuwait are safe.
The airport authorities said the flight made an emergency landing after about half an hour of taking off from the airstrip this morning.
