Seoul: The much awaited fantasy webtoon “7Fates Chakho” featuring popular boyband BTS was released on Saturday.
Featuring the acclaimed KPop band, the webtoon from its animation to its concept and storyline is an all-out thrill ride and will surely keep one engaged with its engaging narratives.
“7 Fates: Chakho” is a story of seven men who are bound by fate to rid their community of monsters.
It is described as an urban fantasy story inspired by the Joseon Dynasty’s tiger-hunting officers called chakhogapsa.
Set in a city in the near future where these seven boys overcome several hardships and grow together, the webtoon was first made available on the Naver’s webtoon portal.
It also features a song by BTS members Jungkook and Suga, while the vocal is by the maknae, his hung has produced it. It is yet to be released.
Apart from “7Fates Chakho”, HYBE will release other K Pop centric webtoons with the stories not only featuring BTS but other artists such as TXT and ENHYPEN as well.
The first three stories are titled 7FATES: Chakho with BTS, The Star Seekers with TXT, and Dark Moon With Enphyen.
Social media is ablaze with the BTS community promoting the webtoon and “geeking out” over it.
